Booking and cancellation terms

Prepayment in full prior to arrival.
In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, the entire prepayment shall be forfeited.
In the event that the stay is shortened, the entire prepayment shall be forfeited.
We reserve the right to obtain a pre-authorisation on your credit card as a security upon your arrival.

Checks are not accepted.

Babysitting

Babysitting Our staff will be pleased to make arrangements with a babysitter to look after your children. Payment for this service should be made directly to the person assigned to the service, and shall under no circumstances appear on your bill.

Linen / Toiletries

Linen / Toiletries The standard, basic upkeep of each apartment is included in the guest's bill (making the beds, emptying the rubbish, cleaning the bathroom and toilet, changing towels daily, changing bedlinen once a week whith the possibility to change it more often on request). Complimentary toiletries will be provided, once, upon arrival.

Garage/Spa and pool

Garage/Spa and pool We provide a garage at a cost of €36 daily (including insurance). A paid car park adjoining the hotel “La Réserve de Beaulieu & Spa” is also available. An access to the Spa/Pool of “La Réserve de Beaulieu & Spa” can be booked at a rate of €100 per day, per person (subject to availability).

Voltage

Voltage The voltage in your apartment is 220 volts.In the event our guests' have devices that operate under 110 volts, please contact our staff who will provide you with an adaptor and inform you about its cost. Please note that the socket on the magnifying mirror is exclusively meant for razors.

Miscellaneous

Miscellaneous Each service taken at “La Réserve de Beaulieu & Spa” can be charged to the guests' apartment’s bill upon request.
